What contact details do I need to provide?
Your name, e-mail address and MSN – IM user name is all that is required. You may provide other details if you wish


If I’ve paid for the service and wish to cancel; what should I do?
Providing Career-Cam hasn’t contacted you, on receipt of a confirmatory e-mail you will receive a 50% refund to your PayPal account. The remainder covers our administrative costs.


What if I’m not happy with your service?
You should e-mail giving your reasons. Every effort will be made to resolve your issues.


How secure is the Career-Cam website?
The company uses secure servers and has all the security systems associated with PayPal. Whilst no system can ever be considered totally secure, our website utilises the best available current technology

 

 

We undertake a rigorous programme of self-assessment together with constant customer evaluation from feedback questionaires. Our website is subject to scrutiny by Google, Yahoo, McaFee Site Adviser and Brightview to maintain the highest standards. We do not work with any other organisation or company who fail to match our quality standards.

How secure are my personal details?
Career-Cam makes every effort to comply with the eight principles contained in the Data Protection Act 1998 and is registered with the Information Commissioners. Your personal details are kept on a stand alone pc with no internet access. Furthermore, only Jack Smith has access to that information.


How confidential is this service?
